Choose a trampoline that suits your yard

Choose a trampoline that suits your yard - MERSCO SPORTS

Before purchasing this trampoline, you must think carefully about whether it is suitable for you. The first thing to consider when thinking about this issue is space. Finding a trampoline of the appropriate size to fit your backyard space is definitely a difficult challenge. For those of us who are more challenging in terms of space than others, it's hard to imagine how much space trampolines actually take up. Therefore, if you would like some size advice before placing an order, please continue reading below.

Measurement

If you are interested in a 14 foot trampoline because you know your backyard is just right and 14 inches wide, then please believe me, this 14 foot trampoline is not suitable for you. Why? Firstly, a trampoline is a type of equipment used for exercise. Once a large-sized trampoline occupies all of your backyard space, you may not be able to do anything else. For the safety of the jumper, it is important to have sufficient clearance on all sides of the trampoline. Leave at least two to three feet of space on all sides, and do not place trampolines and fences too close to walls, buildings, fences, sidewalks, or other recreational areas. This is the best way to protect you, your trampoline, and other property safety.

After understanding this, do you think this trampoline is suitable for you? Or, is this trampoline suitable for your yard? First determine the size, then determine the shape. Trampolines are usually measured from outside the frame to outside the frame, so please take the length and width of the trampoline you want, and add 6 feet to the two measurements to indicate the required gap on each side. For example, the newly designed 16 foot circular trampoline by MERSCO, if you want to purchase it, please prepare a 16+6-foot square space in the backyard. If we can successfully measure this clear square space, then we can confirm that the trampoline can be safely installed in our yard. Of course, if your yard is already spacious, you can skip this step and purchase any trampoline you like.

If your yard is relatively small, such as only 16 inches wide, then according to the simple formula we provided earlier, a trampoline under 10 feet would be more suitable for you. In order to maximize the return on space, it is best to choose a rectangular or square trampoline. Circular trampolines of the same size often have much less jumping space than rectangular trampolines, and the right angle of rectangular and square trampolines can make full use of all the space.

Calculate the vertical gap accurately

Can trampolines reach the sky with high energy? Of course not, but it is still necessary for us to measure the vertical gap. Of course, what we measure is not the height of the sky, but the height of obstacles such as trees and eaves in the yard. Of course, if our trampoline can be placed under the eaves or tree shade, it is definitely the best choice to enjoy some shade in summer. However, if we are easily caught by tree branches when jumping up, it is best to measure the gap. For safety reasons, we recommend leaving at least 24 feet of clear space from the ground.

You have finished reading this blog and now you understand how to choose a trampoline that suits your yard. You can choose the trampoline you want.
