This item did not come with bolts to connect to the legs and it’s missing a spring. How do I go about getting those sent?

My mom got this trampoline for my daughters and it is horrible!!!! I don’t weigh no 240ibs and it started to bo when I got on it to put the safety net! It isn’t worth the money!

Poor construction

Would never buy again, the side poles have broken. Very poorly built. I have bought a lot of trampolines in the past and this one is by far the worst!
