-Due to the differences in weight and volume of trampolines, the shipping cost for each of our trampolines varies. You can see the specific trampoline shipping fee before payment.

Return Policy
Unshipped Items Return Policy
25 % restocking fee will be charged for unshipped item returns without valid reason within 30 days of the original order being processed.
Shipped Items Return Policy
For quality or other issues, the Buyer can request a refund or reshipment within 7 days after the end customer has received the item. The reshipment fee will be borne by the Seller.
Warranty Policy
Beginning from the date of delivery, purchased products include a 3 month warranty.In the event of manufacturing defects, the Buyer can request a refund, partial reshipment or full reshipment within the warranty period.
Please note that the warranty policy does not apply to the following situations:
- Damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear or natural disaster and accidents, including but not limited to: burns, cuts, tears abrasions, scratches, watermarks, indentation or pet damage
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, except with written approval from Seller
- Products not purchased through the Giga Cloud Marketplace
- Products with their own individual warranty policy

100% por me and my wife my kid is enjoying it every day the basketball hoop is amazing look the video attached mi kid is having blast inviting his friends thank you guys for such amazing product , the price is affordable for everyone at the beginning mi wife wasn’t sure about it but when she saw it assembled and by the way she tested first lol and she was very impressed about the results and the safety
The most important thingto know is the customer service is fast and efficient...oh and considerate. We were missing a part and they sent the part we needed to us via FedEx the next day. We misplaced the assembly instructions and they emailed them to us immediately. How nice was that! I'm so impressed.Our grandson is going to love his new trampoline!!!!
My son loves it! My husband and I both get in with him. But you do need a few people to set it up it was my husband, brother in law, and myself setting it up and it took us a while! But totally worth it. We did get the lights and basketball hoop as well haven’t had a chance yet to set it up
We bought this almost 6 months ago after the wind stole ours away! We absolutely love love love this! However, after a few uses the top clips seems to be breaking. Other than those top clips the rest seem very durable and have proven to be amazing fun for my 5 kids! I’m not sure how to contact customer support for replacement parts! Thanks!
Zipper broke, fun to play on, haven't tried the sprinkler yet.
