Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours after placing. After that, the order enters the shipping process. Please contact our support team.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We process orders within 1–2 business days and ship them as soon as possible.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship only within the United States. Please make sure your shipping address is in the U.S.
How is shipping cost calculated?
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the Contiguous United States.
Please note that our shipping services are currently unavailable for PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and the following regions: AK, HI, PR, GU, AA, AE, and AP.
