Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees:

  • Quality Issues: If the return is due to product defects, damage, or the wrong item being sent, we will bear the shipping costs.

  • Personal Reasons: If you change your mind or purchase the wrong size, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and a 10%-20% restocking fee may be applied.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception.

If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Special clearance products
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Warranty

Beginning from the date of delivery, purchased products include a 12 month warranty.In the event of manufacturing defects, the Buyer can request a refund, partial reshipment or full reshipment within the warranty period.

Please note that the warranty policy does not apply to the following situations:

  • Damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear or natural disaster and accidents, including but not limited to: burns, cuts, tears abrasions, scratches, watermarks, indentation or pet damage.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, except with written approval from Seller.
  • Products not purchased through MERSCO SPORTS.
  • Products with their own individual warranty policy.
